We set tables for everyone, and we hold this website to the same standard. David's Catering is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities, and we keep improving the experience for every guest who visits.

Conformance

This site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we track the newer 2.2 Level AA criteria as well. It is currently partially conformant: the pages we build are tested to AA, while the one remaining third-party surface listed below is outside our direct control. Last reviewed July 26, 2026.

What we do

  • Automated accessibility testing runs against every page of the site on every change, before anything goes live.
  • The site is built on semantic HTML: real headings, labeled forms, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link, all operable by keyboard.
  • Color contrast across the palette is verified to AA ratios.
  • Motion respects your settings: with reduced motion enabled, animations, drifting galleries, and background video are disabled, and nothing on the site ever autoplays sound.
  • Common questions are answered as plain text on the page, in a list you can open with the keyboard. With scripting turned off, every answer is already open.
  • You can always reach a person: by phone, or through the inquiry form. Nothing on this site puts a machine between you and us.

Known limitations

One part of the experience is provided by a third party, and its internals are theirs to remediate. We choose vendors carefully and pass on the feedback we receive:

  • Online restaurant ordering is handled by Toast and opens on Toast's own website. If it is in your way, call the restaurant and we will take your order by phone.
